How a visit works

Three steps, one visit.

Step one

Walk-In

No appointment needed. Walk in to the office nearest you during clinic hours, or request a time online if you prefer.

Step two

Get a real diagnosis

You are examined in person, your imaging is reviewed with you on the screen, and you get a straight answer about what is going on.

Step three

Leave with a plan

You go home knowing your options in order — what to try first, what to try next, and what surgery would involve if it ever came to that.

Before you come in

Common questions

I’m an athletic trainer — how do I get an athlete seen quickly?

Text the office nearest you and say you are a trainer calling about an injured athlete. You can also send them to OrthoGo, our walk-in clinic, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm — no appointment needed, with X-ray on site.

Can Dr. Graham cover our school’s games or events?

Dr. Graham is team physician for Santa Margarita Catholic High School and has covered athletes at schools and colleges across north and south Orange County. Text the office to ask about coverage for your programme.

What should an athlete bring to their first appointment?

A photo ID, their insurance card, a parent or guardian if they are under 18, and any imaging already taken — X-rays or MRI on a disc or through a patient portal.

Do we need a referral before sending an athlete?

Not always. Many PPO plans let you schedule directly. Some HMO plans do require a referral — text the office and we will check the plan before the visit.

What if the injury happens after hours or at a weekend?

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for a suspected fracture with deformity, loss of circulation or sensation, a head or neck injury, or any injury you would not move an athlete with. For everything else, send them to OrthoGo when we open.
